Version 16 now support classes and bookings that do not have an end date and run continuously. This greatly benefits customers who have shorter date ranges (eg. monthly) and find it a hassle copying classes.

You have the option to split your date ranges into custom billing periods, allowing generation of invoices based on those periods instead of entire date ranges. If you wish to move to a weekly, fortnightly or monthly invoice run, we can now cater for that.

You can view classes on a session by session basis and easily see any changes to the class sessions over time. When you make a change to a class, the change is made from a given point in time. This includes student enrollments.

Now you have the ability to generate student certificates. You can choose from our selection or create your own. These certificates can be automatically printed or emailed.
