Version 15.2 has just been released. In this update, we have delivered on the Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) EU requirements. This means for all our EU customers, we are fully prepared and ready for the SCA PSD2 requirements that are coming into effect soon. Our Version 15.1 is out now and is jam-packed with new features and capabilities! Check them all out in the version history. Included in this release is our new check-in app (for Android tablets). This allows students and customers to check into classes without requiring staff to enter attendances. The check-in app can be configured to check-in students in different ways: Via name and date of birth Via phone numbers Via barcode scanning Via touch and go (NFC) cards Once a student has checked into a class, the class information is shown on the screen (time, area, teacher, etc) and the next student or customer can then log in. Now users can completely automate messages to both customers and staff based on events that occur. Some notifications that can be setup include: Notify customers when they have an invoice due. Notify customers when direct debit payments fail. Notify customers when their child's standards and skill sets are updated. Notify staff when no attendances have been marked for a class.
