So the update is here: Version 13! After months of hard work here at ThinkSmart it's fair to say we are happy with the results. With 40 plus new features, the new update will help our clients automate things as much as possible.
Some new major features include:
New user interface icon styles.
Online class registration significantly enhanced.
New invoice interface with improved discounting.

Dramatically improved auto-generation times of invoices.
Deleted invoices now go into an invoice recycle bin and can be restored.
Added ability to create early payment discounts on invoices.
Added 'Other' menu to left panel that allows major features to be accessed from any section.

Added ability to specify custom colours for lesson formats, standards and booking types.
Added ability to configure recurring scheduled charges on an ongoing basis (for Ezidebit and any supported payment gateway).
Added ability to filter schedule classes by vacancies only.
Class and booking notes can now be opened into a larger editor.
Surcharges can now be applied to invoices paid via EziPayment website (option in invoicing setup).
Added ability to allow credits to be applied to invoices as payments (as well as negative value invoice items).

We've been so busy that we forgot to put a post up about our previous update. Anyway, version 10.2 and 10.3 were released recently. Some of the main updates were:
Aussie users can now integrate with a dozen different payment gateways.
Additional invoice items can be auto-generated with students (useful for extra fees, etc).
Students can now have customised fields.
Personalised tags can now be inserted into emails.
Extra attachments can be sent with invoice emails.
Many, many invoice discounting updates.

We released version 10.1 last week that introduced a number of handy features. Among them are:
You can now text and email enrollments directly from classes.
You can view and edit your email blacklist and see reasons for rejections.
You can stop enrollments from carrying over to the next term.
We also have a new online help system (work in progress).
Look out for our new smartphone app too which we're hoping to have released before Christmas! This version introduces many new features and a new fresh look.
