Q. How does the software work?

The software is firstly installed onto your computer. Once setup and you have signed up for an account, you are able to access your business information from any computer via an internet connection. Instead of being chained to only one computer, you and your staff now will be able to enjoy the flexibility of working from any location at any time you choose. There is no fear of losing data if your computer crashes or your files are lost from your hard drive.

Q. Can I import my existing customer list?

If you already have your customer and student list in an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file we can import that for you at no cost to help you get up and running quickly.

Q. Can I buy the software outright?

Our software cannot be purchased outright. Through subscription payments you have the option to use the program for as long as you want and are able to stop whenever you want as there are no contracts or lock ins. Also, by paying a monthly fee, you will receive all software updates as part of your subscription. When purchasing software outright, you'll normally receive no new updates without paying a further charge.

Q. Can I have it on multiple computers?

As the software is an online program, you can access it on as many different computers as you need to. The software is always free to download and once you have an account you will be able to access it anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

Q. Can I try it before I buy it?

Your first 14 days use of the software is free. During the 14 days you also receive free telephone and email support. In this time you can make sure that the software is right for you. If you are not completely satisfied with the software, you never have to pay a cent. It's that simple.

Q. How secure is my data?

Your business information is your biggest asset and you rely on it every day. When you choose software, you need to make sure that the security of your data is never compromised. The software provides the highest level of security. As a result of this we give a 100% data safety guarantee.

Q. What payment options do I have?

Our customers are charged a monthly subscription via credit card or direct debit.

Q. Are updates included in my monthly fee or will have I have to pay an additional fee for them?

All updates are free of charge as they are part of your monthly subscription charge. Any additional add-on features include an extra fee, however these features are optional.

Q. I’m not very computer literate. Would someone be able to help me with setting up the account?

During your 14 day free trial, you will receive unlimited support and education from one of our trained consultants. The consultants will make sure you fully understand how the software operates and be able to answer questions you may have.
